Em and Drew's 1st day of School

This was our 1st Sunday taking Levi to church.

"Dad, is this the one I get on?" Sooo funny. We live in the middle of nowhere. Of course, this is "the ONE!" :)

We found out he was only 21.5 inches long when he was born. The Dr. measured him 2xs at his appt. and said the nurse must've been off by 2 whole inches when he was born last week! :)

My friend Angela wrote this in our driveway with the kids while I was in the hospital. The kids were so excited for us to see it when we got home.

Levi James Belford

Brent picked the name Levi James because in the OT, Levi was a man who "didn't have a portion with his brothers, b/c his inheritance was God." We desire for our son to have his fulfillment in this life with the things that are pleasing to God! We want him to know God and know that HE is sufficient for his every need!
James comes from Brent's grandfather Belford. We are so thrilled to have another boy to keep the Belford name going. Brent's grandfather would have been proud to meet this little guy.
We miss him as he went to Heaven a few years ago.

Levi all ready to come home and join our "more" chaotic household!
He is so sweet! He weighed 9 lbs 1 oz. and was 23.5 in. long :) He was born at 4:05am on Wednesday, August 13th.
He already outgrew an outfit I brought to the hospital for him!
He's a true Belford boy!
