the last week
This week of recovery for Emma has been real tough. She's been awake more through the night than I remember her being as a newborn. Today, 12 days after her tonsils out, she is FINALLY ready to go to school. I AM SOO GLAD! She's been able to rest a lot, has lost lots of weight, and lived on frozen gogurts. She told me that if my tonsils ever grew back, I should have them taken out so I could lose weight too :) Such an encourager.
My twins had their bangs cut by "Aunt Tami" and they look so much more grown up now. Chloe is in the pink and Eden is in the blue.
Andrew enjoyed my mom's dog when he slept over, since Andrew got to enjoy the cage...He's kinda strange sometimes :) And as always, I am chasing Chloe out of the bathroom sink. She gets disciplined each time, you'd think she'd learn.
So, that's about all for now. I'm just catching up on some sleep and REJOICING that it's the WEEKEND!!!!

Adorable pics of the kids... and I'm so glad your Emma is feeling better. My niece, Emma, had her tonsils/adenoids taken out over Christmas break, too. Do you know my sister? Heidi Thomann? Anyway, the pic of the twins is adorable, and their hair looks great. Tami does a great job... she had cut my hair, too. :-)
Whoa, I had no idea it took so long to recover from getting tonsils out! Poor baby! The twins look so adorable. What made you decide on bangs? Was it too hard to keep their hair looking nice all one length? My Chloe's bangs are just grown out enough to not get in her eyes all the time. YAY! Oh my, I'm grateful we have a small sink with zero countertop. Enjoy your weekend and get some rest!
Glad Emma is finally recovering! The twins bangs look cute. Esther has an outfit just like Eden's.
The twins do look so much older with their bangs cut!! What a long week for you and you have every right to be glad for the weekend!!!
Maybe I should try the "get your tonsils out" diet plan. Although it can't be as fun as that oatmeal cookie diet we all have come to know and love! :-) Sorry that Emma has had such a rough time of it--especially when it involves long nights for mommy! Ugh! Let me know when I can take her and give you a little break, K?
By the way, that dog cage idea looks tempting. I wonder if they make those in bigger sizes?
funny tami...the oatmeal cookie diet. I think I've gained 5 lbs on that already :)
Tell Emma we've been praying for her. I'm so glad that she is feeling better now.
