I am Blessed!
I want to give thanks to God today for my children...and my nephew, Jackson Widmer.
Yesterday, I went to a funeral for a 3 week old baby who died of SIDS. His name was Emerson Bonner the 4th. He was my friends baby from Coleman, WI.
I know God has numbered our days, and we are to apply our hearts to wisdom.
I don't know how many days we have here on earth, but I give God praise and glory for allowing me the privilege of mothering 4 children! He is good to me.
He is good to my friend Audra. He is always good.

Wow, a tragedy like that sure puts things in perspective! Thanks for the reminder of our fleeting vaporous lives. I'm so thankful for promises like Rom 8:28-29 at times like these!
Carissa, we've been praying for Emerson and Audra. Their cousin, Heather (Bonner) Boe goes to our church. She too has been able to rest in the goodness of our great God.
What a difficult funeral to attend. May God give that family His wonderful grace.
The pictures of your children are precious. I can't believe how much the twins have grown since we left. Look how long their hair is getting.
